WHAT IS PETSLOVETOYS.COM?

PetsLoveToys.com is a monthly subscription service, which we create pre-selected goody boxes of toys, treats, and chews for your dog or cat. Our service helps simplifies selection and provides a fun and exciting way to discover new products and have them delivered right to your door. We make for an easy way to spoil your dog or cat each and every month without the hassle of shopping at retail.

WE ARE NOT A MONTHLY SURPRISE BOX!

Not interested in our monthly subscription service we also offer The PLT Shop. All the benefit of our monthly box assortment service without the monthly membership. Buy or gift a box with no strings attached, just view our showroom, make a selection, and check out. (Standard $4.99 flat rate shipping applied to all orders)

How do I get join PetsLoveToys.com?
To begin, visit our “How It Works” page for more information (if needed). Next click the “Get Started” link and provide us with some details about your pet. Once you have signed up you will be directed to our monthly showroom page based on your pet size you have selected. Next view your monthly goody box assortments. Here you can read about what is in each box and find out about general information about all the products that we offer in each selection. Once you have decided on what your dog or cat would love, select your box.

Check out is simple for first time members. Provide all your shipping and billing information along with your credit card, and then select “Place Order”. You are now officially part of the PetsLoveToys.com family.

How much does it cost?
That depends on how many pets you sign up.  Each pet will be categorized by size; Small / Medium - $19.95 per month, or Large / X-Large - $24.95 per month. PLT allows registration of up to three (3) pets, and each registered pet will receive one (1) goody box selection to choose from each month.

How many box selection are offered each month?
A total of 12 options per month are offered in each monthly showroom. Toys consist of four (4) selections offering between two (2) to four (4) items in a selection. We also feature at least four (4) different Treats and Chews combinations with product ranging from four (4) to eight (8) items. If you are not satisfied with just receiving a specific toy or treat selection you are also given four (4) box options of a combination of Toy, Treats, & Chews. These selections can range from four (4) to eight (8) items depending on how we combine items together.

When will I get my first PetsLoveToys.com box?
Orders are shipped as received. After your first initial sign-up you will receive your showroom email notifcation on the 25th of each month. You are then able to make your selection, or use our "skip the month" feature if you do not like what you see for the month. All orders will begin processing on the 1st of the month with shippments going out on the 5th.

What brands do you carry?
We carry all the top premium brands, including Kong, Westpaw, Chuck It, Petmate, Kyjen, Cloud Star, Zukes, Wellness, Natural Balance, Smokehouse, Red Barn and much, much more. We also take great pride in discovering unique botique American Made brands whenever possible.

How can you offer high-quality products at your price points?
Lots of high fives with our amazing vendors! We strive to build long-lasting relationships with our pet brand vendors so that we can return the premium service and selection to you at an affordable price.

MEMEBERSHIP

Am I committing to anything when I join PetsLoveToys.com?
Nope! Cancel anytime if you don’t like what we offer. Membership is always on your terms and you can cancel or skip the month if you do not like what we have to offer. All we ask is that you make your selection each month, or use the “Skip the Month” feature if you don’t like what you see during the given selection period.

How to use the "Skip the Month" feature?
Simply log into your account and click through the following links. Click on My Account >> click My Subscription >> click Edit. You should then see Suspend Subscription which you will only need to clck once. Once you have clicked the Suspend Subscription link you will be given your next billing cycle date. (P.S. Make sure to only click the link once. Multiple clicks will extend out your subscription.)

What if I forget to skip the month?
Just give us a call… We’ll be happy to credit your account. 

How do I cancel my PetsLoveToys membership?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with two (2) simple ways. The first option is to log in to your account, click on My Account >> click My Subscription >> click Edit. You should then see Cancel Subscription.Your second (2nd) option is to contact us via email at cancel@petslovetoys.com. Membership on your terms!

BILLING, SHIPPING, & RETURNS

How much does shipping cost?
All standard orders are shipped Priority USPS Mail to all 49 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands incure an up charge of $4.99 for shipping. Shipping generally takes between 2-7 business day to deliver (based on averga in transit time).

The PLT Shop charges a flat $4.99 for each box shipped. All shipments go out USPS Priority Mail. Shipments range between 2-7 business day to deliver (based on averga in transit time).

Do you ship outside the US?
We currently only ship to Canada and ship via USPS International Mail.

Will I be able to track my shipments?
Yes, you will receive a email letting you know your order has been process and a tracking number will be provided.

What if I want to change my address?
Simply log into your account. Click on My Account >> click Address Book and make your changes

What if my product is damaged?
Please email customerservice@petslovetoys.com. We will ship a replacement order out to you as soon as possible.

What if my order was never received, even if it was reported as delivered?
If for any reason you never received your order and we show delivery confirmed by the USPS tracking number, please contact your local post office first with your tracking information. If you have contacted your local post office and still failed to locate your order, please contact the Pets Love Toys Customer Service at 1-855-4PETTOY (473-8869) Monday-Friday 9:00Am-5:00pm PST.

What is your return policy?
We know you will LOVE your PetsLoveToys.com items, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, you can exchange it for another item, or return it for FREE of charge for a PetsLoveToys.com credit. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Items must be in new, unused condition and have all original packaging intact. Please contact PetsLoveToys.com’s Customer Service at customerservice@petslovetoys.com. Please visit our Returns Policy for more info.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). We do not at this time accept checks, money orders, or other forms of currency.

When will I be charged?
Subscription charges process the 1st of each month. You will be given notice of your updated showroom on the 25th day of the current month. Within this time you are able to select your new item, or choose “Skip this Month” and no charge will be made for the up coming month.
