Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All standard orders are shipped USPS to all 50 continental United States FREE of charge. Shipping generally takes 4-7 business days for delivery (based on average in-transit time). As soon as your order ships you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details and tracking information on the “My Orders” tab within the “My Account” menu.

Returns & Exchanges

We know you will LOVE your PetsLoveToys.com items, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, you can exchange it for another item, or return it FREE of charge for a PetsLoveToys.com credit. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of shipment

Return Merchandise Guidelines

  • We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. Items that have been opened, unpackaged, eaten, chewed and/or slobbered on will not be accepted for return.
  • Your return package should contain the undamaged item(s) in their original packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment.
  • Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of shipment date.

Return & Exchange Steps

Exchanges and returns can be made at no cost to you*. To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • In order to process your return or exchange, email us at customerservice@petslovetoys.com, to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Our pet care consultants will email you a pre-paid return-shipping label.
  • Send the item back in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Attach the pre-paid return-shipping label to your shipment and leave it with your mail carrier or the Post Office.
