Thank you for shopping at My Store 3. We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Used grooming tools, brushes, or clippers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened pet ear cleaners, sprays, or odor eliminators
  • Items marked as final sale

To initiate a return, please contact us at popularpick554u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item (such as a malfunctioning USB rechargeable toy, electric clipper, or pet tracker), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at popularpick554u@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
