1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

3. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds or discount codes will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the size of your order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. My Store 3 is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at popularpick554u@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

My Store 3 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

8. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at popularpick554u@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
